ProvenanceFranz Josef von Enzenberg (b. 1802 - d. 1879; Lugt 845), Innsbruck. March 17 - April 2, 1879, his sale, Vienna, lot 2090. Probably Henry F. Sewall (b. 1816 - d. 1896), New York [Sewell's collector's stamp is not on the back of this impression, unlike most of the Parker Fund purchases]; November 1897, purchased by the MFA through the Harvey D. Parker Fund.
