Inscriptions文殊菩薩出山像 Portrait of Bodhisattva Manjushri Descending from the Mountain 至元五年，歲在己卯，十有一月，戊辰吉日。 前奎章閣侍書學士翰林侍講學士、通奉大夫、知制誥同修國史虞集薰沐敬獻。 On the auspicious wuchen day, 11th month of the year 1339, Yu Ji (1272-1348), a former writer-academician (shishu xueshi) of the Academy of Scholars in the Kuizhang Pavilion (Kuizhang ge xueshi), Grand Master for Thorough Service (tongfeng dafu), and Compiler in the Historiography Academy, offered this respectfully, perfumed and bathed.
