InscriptionsMaker's Mark: a crowned fleur-de-lis, two grains, CF, a wing (Nocq, p. 35). Warden's Mark: unclear, either an I or an L Nocq writes that the only date letters associated with the charge mark found on this piece are either an I or a K,so it is likely a crowned I, of 1677 (Dennis, 242). Charge Mark: 1677-1680: a n A surmounted by a fleur-de-lis and two fleurons (Dennis, 242). Discharge Mark: 1677-1680: a crown (Dennis, 242). The Maker's mark is found on the underside and the inner rim of the base and on the nozzle, the Warden's and Charge marks are on the underside of the base, while the Discharge mark is on the nozzle.Provenance1912, Cabanis collection, Paris
