The MFA is interested in acquiring significant works related to the history of Boston. Among a goup of four photographs that have been acauired is this expressive ACME press photograph of B.M. Keyes, director of the School of the MFA, teaching a student.

ProvenanceLate 1980s, sold at a small photography fair in the Boston area to Richard Kremer, Vermont; 2021, gift of Richard and Andrea Kremer to the MFA. (Accession date: April 14, 2021)
