InscriptionsLower left, in plate: J. H. Hill 1866 At lower margin of mount, in graphite, in the hand of Sylvester Koehler: Mr. J. A. Daniels, who printed these impressions for me with his own hands in the spring of 1880 assures me that both are printed with the same / ink, and that the difference in hue is due merely to difference in wiping.
