Richard E. Holiman

Born in Belem, Para Brazil on 7/4/35. Educated in Dallas, TX and Miami, FL. Graduated from Miami U. after military service in the Liason Office, London, England. First job was with Sanger Harris in the late 1960s. Served as fashion illustrator and Art Director at Burdines Dept. Store, Miami, FL in the 1970s. From the late 70s through 1980, was fashion illustrator at G. Fox & Co., Hartford, CT. Moved to Texas and was staff illustrator at Neiman Marcus in Dallas in the 1980s and 90s. Moved to New Hope, PA, and worked freelance for Lord & Taylor in NYC for 10 years from the 1990s through 2001. Freelance accounts included Bergdorf Goodman, Vogue Patterns, Garfinkles of Washington, DC.
