Venetia DaleAmerican, born in 1981

Venetia Dale is a metalsmith and sculptor exploring shifts in utility, mobility and exchange between people, place and things. Dale received her MFA from State University of New York at New Paltz in 2009 and BFA at University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2004.

Dale was recently selected to exhibit work as part of Women to Watch at the National Musem of Women in the Arts in Washington D.C. and was chosen to be part of the Tributaries Series at the Metal Museum in Memphis, TN in 2018. She participated in the Polly Thayer Starr Artist Series at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum in 2019 exhibiting her work and designing an Saturday Open Studio project for patrons of the museum.

Venetia Dale resides in Boston, MA where she maintains a studio practice and teaches at Massachusetts College of Art and Design.
