Ssmith Daniel Henchman served as witness on deeds for mortgages Hurd arranged for purchase of property on July 3, 1760. Henchman married Hurd's sister Elizabeth in 1753. Ordered difficult -to-make or unusual forms of silver from Paul Revere, Jr. Zachariah Brigden witnessed Hurd's will. Engraved inscription on tankard made by William Cowell, Jr in 1770.
